1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 666pkr ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting information platform accessible at https://666pkr.cam ("the Site").

666pkr operates as an online gaming and sports betting information platform targeting users in Pakistan and internationally. 2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

3 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, placing a bet or wager, or using any feature of the Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full;
• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction and/or any applicable local law;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;

4 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the 666pkr Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

4.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. We enforce strict age verification procedures. If at any time we have reason to believe a User is underage, the Account will be immediately suspended pending full KYC verification, and any balance held may be withheld pending investigation.

4.2 Jurisdiction

It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. Users located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not eligible to open or maintain an Account. 666pkr reserves the right to refuse service, block access or close Accounts where applicable law prohibits use of the Platform.

4.3 One Account Per User

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities, devices or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balance held therein.

4.4 Employee Exclusion

Employees, contractors, agents and close family members of employees of 666pkr or its affiliated entities are not eligible to hold active betting Accounts on the Platform.

5 Account Registration

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information as requested in the registration process. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address and contact number.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 666pkr will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify 666pkr immediately via the contact details provided in Section 18 of these Terms. You agree to take immediate steps to change your password and secure your Account upon any suspected compromise.

6 Identity Verification (KYC)

666pkr operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud-prevention standards. KYC verification may be required at registration, prior to any withdrawal or at any time the Platform deems necessary.

6.1 Required Documents

You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A valid, government-issued photo identity document — for Pakistani users, a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or current passport is the standard accepted form of ID;
• Proof of residential address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement, dated within the last three months), where required;
• A selfie or liveness check, confirming that the Account holder matches the submitted identity document;
• Verification of the payment method used for deposits (for example, evidence of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account registration matching your stated identity).

6.2 Document Integrity

You must submit only genuine, unaltered documents. Any attempt to alter, obscure, falsify or misrepresent identity documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate permanent Account closure, forfeiture of funds and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

6.3 Secure Submission

Documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's secure, HTTPS-verified document portal. Do not send sensitive identity documents via email, unverified messaging services or any unsecured channel.

6.4 Verification Timelines

666pkr will endeavour to process KYC submissions promptly. Pending KYC verification, the Platform reserves the right to restrict withdrawal functionality and certain account features. Processing times may vary and are not guaranteed.

7 Deposits & Payments

All deposits to your Account must be made using payment methods currently available and approved within the Platform's cashier. Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

7.1 Payment Methods

The availability of specific payment methods — including but not limited to mobile wallet services, bank transfer options and cryptocurrency — is determined by the Platform's cashier at the time of the transaction. 7.2 Minimum Deposits

7.3 Currency

Where Pakistani Rupee (PKR) is displayed as the account currency, amounts are denominated accordingly. Where currency conversion applies, the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction will govern.

7.4 Deposit Processing

8 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to full KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds, and compliance with the Platform's anti-money laundering policies.

Processing timelines depend on the selected payment method, your account verification status, applicable compliance checks and third-party payment processor performance. Withdrawals to bank transfer rails (including via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah) typically take longer to process than electronic wallet methods. 8.2 Withdrawal Method Matching

Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless otherwise approved by the Platform in writing. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and fraudulent activity.

8.3 Minimum & Maximum Withdrawals

8.4 Withholding of Funds

The Platform reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing where KYC verification is incomplete, where there is a suspected breach of these Terms, or where investigations into account activity are ongoing. 9 Bonus & Promotional Terms

From time to time, 666pkr may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers and loyalty rewards to eligible Account Holders. All such promotions are subject to these Terms and to any specific promotion terms published at the time of the offer.

9.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be satisfied using real-money bets placed in accordance with the eligible game or market criteria specified for that promotion.

9.2 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date or time limit within which wagering requirements must be met. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings not cleared before expiry will be forfeited automatically.

9.3 One Promotion Per Household

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are limited to one per household, IP address, device, payment method and User. Attempts to claim a single promotion multiple times through different Accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

9.4 No Guarantee of Winnings

No bonus, promotion or incentive on 666pkr constitutes a guarantee of any winnings, profit or financial return. All betting and gaming involves risk, and players may lose their deposited funds and Bonus Funds.

10 Betting Rules

All bets and wagers placed through the Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to the sport, event, game or market in question, in addition to these general Terms.

• Bets, once confirmed, are final and may not be cancelled or amended by the User, except where the Platform specifically permits in-play void or cancellation in defined circumstances;
• The Platform reserves the right to void or cancel any bet where a manifest error in odds has occurred, including typographical errors or system errors that result in odds that are demonstrably incorrect;
• In the event of disputes regarding bet settlement, the Platform's records shall be the definitive source of record for all bet placement and outcome data;
• Bets placed on suspended, postponed or cancelled events will be handled in accordance with the Platform's event-specific rules published in the sportsbook;

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 666pkr Platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating multiple Accounts;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, AI-assisted tools or any system designed to gain an unfair advantage in betting or gaming;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, malfunctions or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting to manipulate outcomes;
• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform or use the Platform for any unlawful financial purpose;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by applicable law without the Platform's authorisation;
• Sharing Account credentials with or allowing third parties to use your Account;
• Harassing, abusing or threatening Platform staff or other users;
• Any other conduct that 666pkr, in its reasonable discretion, determines to be dishonest, abusive, harmful or contrary to the interests of the Platform or its users.

12 Responsible Gambling

666pkr is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools to help users manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits and self-exclusion options.

13 Intellectual Property

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, distribute, sell, resell, transmit or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 666pkr.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 666pkr, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its Services;
• Any financial loss, including loss of winnings, profits or deposits, resulting from technical failures, server outages, payment processing delays or third-party service disruptions;
• Any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in odds, game results or informational content published on the Platform;
• Any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, applicable laws, or the terms of any third-party payment provider.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

15 Suspension & Termination

666pkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• The User is found to have breached these Terms;
• The Platform has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity;
• KYC verification cannot be completed or documents provided are deemed unsatisfactory;
• The User is found to be accessing the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction;
• The User has initiated a self-exclusion request under the Responsible Gambling programme;
• The Platform is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory direction or court order.

Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the User's verified payment method, less any amounts subject to withholding pending investigation, provided all applicable KYC requirements have been satisfied. Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon Account closure for breach of Terms.

Users may close their own Account at any time by contacting the support team via the details provided in Section 18. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

16 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform holds its operating licence, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law in the User's jurisdiction of residence.

For users in Pakistan: Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as 666pkr claiming to be licensed, approved or authorised by any Pakistani government authority, regulatory body, financial institution or payment provider. Users in Pakistan are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable Pakistani laws relating to online gambling.

17 Amendments to These Terms

666pkr reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 666pkr will take reasonable steps to notify registered Account Holders — for example, by displaying a notice on the Platform or by email to the address associated with your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 15.
